A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a leading logistics organisation based at their Heathrow warehouse facility.
We are currently recruiting for a Compliance Manager to support the business across regulatory compliance, audits, governance, customs processes, and risk management.
This is an office-based role, working Monday - Friday in the London Heathrow area.
Key responsibilities of a Compliance Manager:
- Managing internal and external compliance audits
- Supporting customs clearance and MOU compliance processes
- Assisting with Civil Aviation Authority compliance requirements
- Developing and improving risk & compliance frameworks
- Supporting Health & Safety initiatives across the business
- Chairing risk committee meetings and providing compliance guidance
- Liaising with regulatory bodies and key internal stakeholders
The Successful Candidate will have:
- Previous Compliance Management experience
- Customs clearance knowledge including MOU/BIRDS - essential
- Strong understanding of UK compliance and regulatory frameworks
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Strong analytical and organisational skills
