Location: East Midlands (Central sites: Lutterworth, Uttoxeter, Newport)

Salary: £30,000 - £33,000 + Company Van & Fuel Card

Hours: Mon - Fri, 40 hours (Flexible: e.g., 6am-3pm / 7am-4pm)

Call-Out: 1 in 5 rota (£105 standby)



The Role

We are looking for a Mobile Fabric Technician to maintain fabric and basic engineering assets across a few key retail stores in the East Midlands.



Key Responsibilities

  • Fabric & Carpentry: Maintain floors, walls, ceilings, doors, and furniture.

  • First Response: Handle initial reactive faults, leaks, and blockages to ensure site safety.



What You'll Need

  • Full UK Driving Licence (Essential).

  • Strong background in building maintenance (carpentry, plumbing, or painting).

  • NVQ in a relevant trade is highly desirable.

  • Professional, customer-facing manner.
