Site Supervisor
Location: West Midlands
Project: Light Rail Infrastructure
Duration: 12–18 months
Start Date: Mid June to early July
Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30 – 17:30
We are recruiting a Site Supervisor to directly control and coordinate site activities, ensuring the safe and compliant delivery of works, project documentation and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities and allocate work
- Brief and implement WPPs, RAMS, permits, and SSOW
- Lead daily briefings and toolbox talks
- Coordinate labour, plant, and materials
- Monitor workmanship and stop work if unsafe
- Report progress, risks, and close calls
Essential Requirements
- CSCS Card
- SSSTS or SMSTS
- PTS (Personal Track Safety) – Desirable
- Supervisory experience in rail or civil engineering
- Strong safety leadership and organisational skills
