Stephen James Consulting are working with an established elderly care provider in the search for an experienced Home Manager based in North Leeds.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Home Manager or strong Deputy Home Manager to lead a well-established residential care service within the private pay market. The successful Home Manager will take full responsibility for operational leadership, quality, compliance, and overall service performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day operations
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred residential care
- Drive occupancy within a private pay market
- Maintain strong CQC compliance and governance standards
- Lead, support, and develop staff teams
- Manage budgets and overall home performance
- Build strong relationships with residents and families
Requirements:
- Experience as a Home Manager or Deputy Home Manager in elderly residential care
- Strong knowledge of CQC standards and compliance
- Proven ability to improve service quality and performance
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Experience in private pay/self-funding homes desirable
This role offers a salary of £55,000 – £58,000, depending on experience.
